Terms of Service

Offramp · Effective June 14, 2026 · v1.0

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Offramp (the "Service"), operated by Offramp ("we", "us"). By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

2. What Offramp provides

Offramp generates personalized, informational roadmaps — for starting a business, learning a trade, or transitioning to off-grid living — based on the inputs you provide and publicly available information. Plans may include suggested steps, estimated costs, deadlines, and contacts for local resources.

The Service is an informational and organizational tool only.

3. Not professional advice

IMPORTANT: The Service does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, medical, safety, or other professional advice, and nothing it produces should be relied upon as such. We are not your attorney, accountant, financial advisor, or licensed professional of any kind.

Content is generated in part by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Laws, fees, licensing requirements, and program availability vary by state and locality and change over time. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it, and for consulting qualified, licensed professionals as appropriate.

4. No guarantee of results

We make no guarantee that following a plan will result in a successful business, employment, certification, income, savings, or any particular outcome. Any examples, projections, or estimates are illustrative only and are not promises of results. Your success depends on many factors outside our control, including your own efforts, market conditions, and decisions.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

6. Payment

The Service is offered as a one-time payment of $39 per plan, charged at checkout. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change for future purchases. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe); we do not store your full card details.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: reselling or redistributing generated plans as your own product; scraping or bulk-extracting content; attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service; or using it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, and its underlying software are owned by Offramp. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the plans we generate for you for your own purposes. You retain ownership of the information you input.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Offramp and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost savings, or business losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes take effect when posted with a new effective date. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky.
