Refund Policy

1. Digital product
Offramp delivers a personalized digital plan immediately after purchase. Because the plan is generated and delivered to you right away, purchases are generally non-refundable once the plan has been built.
2. When we will issue a refund
We want you to be satisfied. We will issue a full refund if:
•A technical error prevented your plan from being generated or delivered, or
•You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same plan.
To request a refund, contact us at offrampsupport@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your account email and a description of the issue.
3. Discretionary refunds
Outside the cases above, refunds are at our discretion. We may decline refunds where a plan was successfully generated and delivered as described.
4. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days. Your access to the affected plan may be removed when a refund is issued.
