Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Offramp ("we") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Offramp (the "Service").

Account information: your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number, plus a password if you sign up with email.

Plan inputs: the pathway, state, city, business or trade selection, and any details you save (such as a business name or EIN) to track your progress.

Location: if you grant permission, your approximate or precise location, used only to find local programs, professionals, and resources relevant to your plan. You can decline; the plan then uses your selected city or state instead.

Payment information: processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction details but do not collect or store your full card number.

Usage data: basic technical information (such as device and browser type and pages visited) to operate and improve the Service.

•To create your account and generate and save your personalized plans.

•To process payments and provide customer support.

•To find local resources relevant to your selected location.

•To maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

•To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service — for example, our payment processor (Stripe), hosting and database providers, and AI providers used to generate plans — and only as needed to perform those services. We may disclose information if required by law.

To understand how the Service is used and improve it, we use Vercel Web Analytics. It collects aggregate, anonymized usage data, such as page views and basic interaction events (for example, starting a plan or completing a purchase), WITHOUT using cookies. It does not record your screen, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect personal information.

The Service also uses the Meta pixel, an advertising technology provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). Unlike our analytics, the pixel DOES use cookies and DOES track across websites. When you visit the Service, it may send Meta your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you view here, and a Meta identifier if you are signed in to Facebook or Instagram in the same browser.

We use it for two things: to measure whether our ads lead to purchases, and to show ads to people who have visited the Service or who resemble our customers. When you complete a purchase we send Meta a purchase event with the amount paid. We never send Meta your name, email address, phone number, payment details, or the contents of your plan.

Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy and may combine it with other information it holds about you. You can review and change how Meta uses data about you in the Ad Preferences section of your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

If you are visiting from the EU, the EEA, or the UK, we ask for your consent before the Meta pixel is allowed to send anything. Until you accept, it stays switched off. If you decline, it stays off and we do not ask again on that device. Everywhere else the pixel is on by default and you can block it with the browser controls described below.

The Service also uses a small number of strictly functional cookies that are necessary for it to work, such as keeping you signed in. Those functional cookies are not used for advertising.

You can limit or block cookies at any time through your browser settings, and most browsers and mobile operating systems offer tracking-prevention controls that block the pixel entirely. Some features (like staying signed in) may not work without functional cookies, but blocking the pixel does not affect how the Service works for you.

To generate your plan, the inputs you provide (such as your pathway, location, and selection) are sent to third-party AI providers. Do not enter sensitive personal information you do not want processed this way.

We keep your account and plan information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

You can access, update, or delete your account information, and you can decline or revoke location permission in your browser. Depending on where you live (for example, California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, delete, or opt out of certain processing of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this Policy; material changes take effect when posted with a new effective date.
